The materials included in your online training as part of the training program are confidential and proprietary to Wave Neurosciences and are made available to you under the terms of the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement. These materials shall not be disclosed to anybody else or used for any purpose other than as licensed by Wave Neurosciences.  Any improper or unauthorized use or disclosure shall be deemed a breach of your agreement.
